Change the account holder

The fluxiom account holder is the person who originally set up your fluxiom account. The account holder is the only person that can access the “Account” page, upgrade, downgrade, change billing information, access invoices, and cancel the account.

You can change the account holder by selecting the “Account” tab and clicking on “Account holder”.

On the “Edit account holder” page you can either change the account holder information or select another person from the “Name” pulldown to be the new account holder.

Note: only users with administrator rights appear in the list. If you need to grant rights first please take a look at the user administration blog post.

You now just need to click “Save changes” and you’re done!
